Exchange & Refund Policy

Refunds: We do not offer refunds if you change your mind about a purchase, so please choose carefully.

If the product you purchased is faulty, we will provide a remedy as required by the Consumer Guarantees Act. For assistance, contact the Consumer Protection helpline at 0508 426 678 (0508 4 CONSUMER).

Pre-order items, clearance items, display items, and gift vouchers are non-returnable.

Exchanges: We offer a 15-day return policy for exchanges, meaning you have 15 days from the date of receiving your item to request an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required. Please note, OG Culture does not cover the cost of return shipping for refunds or exchanges. We recommend using a tracked postal service to prevent any issues with delays or lost packages. The purchaser is responsible for the return until it is received by OG Culture.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can assess the issue and resolve it.

Important Notice: All delivery fees are non-refundable. Postage costs will be deducted from your order's purchase price.
