As a customer of OG Culture, you are eligible for a refund or replacement if the product(s) you receive is defective or damaged and deemed to be a major failure.
Product(s) being considered for a refund or replacement must not be opened or used and has to be determined by the OG Culture staff as having experienced a major failure. 

Please note:
  • You have 30 days from the date of purchase to be eligible for a refund or replacement.
  • Care must be taken to return the item(s) in its original and unused condition including any associated peripherals such as tags and cases.
  • Postage costs associated with returning the item back to OG Culture are to be paid by the customer. 
  • The initial postage cost(s) paid by the customer will not be covered by OG Culture.
  • Any associated free gift(s) must also be returned if an item is determined to be defective or damaged by OG Culture staff.
  • Gift cards are ineligible for return or conversion into cash.
